Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed according to the selected plan and are non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise.

You authorize Dispux to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees, taxes, and renewals.

If offered, free trials are provided for evaluation purposes only. Dispux may modify or discontinue free trials at any time without notice.

You retain ownership of the information, documents, customer records, images, and other content you upload to the Services.

You grant Dispux a limited license to host, process, transmit, and store your data solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen events may temporarily affect availability.

All software, logos, trademarks, designs, graphics, and content provided by Dispux remain the property of Dispux or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

Our Services may integrate with third-party platforms such as payment processors, mapping services, communication providers, and other business applications.

Dispux is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services.

You agree not to:

• Upload malicious software.
• Spam or abuse the platform.
• Attempt to disrupt other users.
• Circumvent subscription limitations.
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data.
• Violate applicable laws or regulations.

Dispux may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that threatens the security or integrity of the Services.

You may cancel your account at any time. Certain data retention policies may apply after termination.

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dispux shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data arising from the use of the Services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Dispux during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dispux, its affiliates, employees, officers, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
